Bowman, Ph.D., Professor, Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education, University of Michigan, will speak on “Contemporary Racism, Organizational Inequality and Sustainable Diversity: Challenges for the 21st Century.” John L. Jackson, Jr., Ph.D., Dean, School of Social Policy & Practice, University of Pennsylvania, will discuss “What You CAN’T See Is What you Get: Color, Community and Citizenship in an Aspiringly “Post-Racial” Democracy.”
