Internship: [Black Beltway] CBC Press Intern

Opportunity for communications intern:


The Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) seeks an experienced communications intern to assist a busy press operation. Responsibilities will include but not limited to handling press inquiries for CBC; drafting press materials, website and new media content; scheduling press interviews; working closely with the CBC Communications Director; attending staff and CBC meetings. Candidates must have excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to produce materials quickly. Capitol Hill experience or newsroom experience are a plus.
