Association for India's Development UMD-College Park Chapter is presenting a talk by Leo Saldhana and Bhargavi Rao from the Environmental Support Group, India on November 7 at the Thurgood Marshall Room, Stamp Student Union from 1:45 - 4:15 p.m. They will discuss various democratic governance solutions that could be used to secure environmental justice for those whose lands and livelihoods have been lost in the process of economic growth.
